Hyperbaric nursing in the Philippines has long operated without a unified standard. While hyperbaric medicine is practiced in heath care setting, nurses working in these specialized environments face unique clinical, operational, and safety challenges — often without formal guidance, structured training, or professional recognition.
The Hyperbaric Nurses Association of the Philippines Inc (HNAP) was created to fill this gap. We exist to standardize nursing protocols, advance education and research, and recognize hyperbaric nursing as a vital specialization in Philippine healthcare.
HNAP provides a platform for collaboration among healthcare practitioners, ensuring that every hyperbaric nurse is equipped, empowered, and united under one goal — to deliver safe, excellent, and life-saving care in high-pressure environments.
